Source hierarchy
For laws, taxes, economic statistics, infrastructure and public policy, we prioritize Philippine government agencies, statutes, regulations and official releases. Developer materials are appropriate for project-specific specifications, but marketing claims are identified as such and should not substitute for independent evidence.
What we do not infer
Economic growth, infrastructure announcements and township investment do not automatically prove future appreciation, rental yield or resale liquidity for a particular unit.
Freshness
Time-sensitive pages display publication or update dates. Figures that can change—rates, taxes, project pricing, availability and government rules—should be rechecked before a transaction.
Property links
Contextual links to property resources are commercial pathways, not evidence supporting an editorial claim. Research comes first; relevant property discovery comes after the reader understands the issue.
Evidence before persuasion
We want readers to understand what is known, what is uncertain and what still needs verification before they move toward a property decision.
